We highly recommend Adam and his team based on our recent experience with them. Adam knows how to sell real estate. He gave us good, solid advice, and made the process as stress-free as possible. He reads the market well, and unlike other agents in the area, did not make over-inflated presumptions on what we would get. Instead, he was realistic, and we ended up with more than we had hoped for anyway! The marketing campaign was well organised, and we know it reached the audience it was meant to when one of our friends had the ad pop up on Facebook while they were looking for a property. There were also good and consistent numbers at each open house. We believe the entire team at Ray White Ashgrove contributed to the sale of our property by presenting an approachable, friendly, and fresh approach when dealing with open houses and attendees. We believe their openness and transparency garnered trust from prospective buyers. While our campaign was short, many members of the team were involved in following up attendees of the open houses. We believe that this kept the sale fresh in buyer’s minds and encouraged them to attend the auction. Adam was our auctioneer as well (such was our trust in him) and explained the process in detail so that we were aware of everything that was happening both before and throughout the auction itself. Daily communication with us throughout the campaign ensured we were in the loop with everything that was happening. The team has also helped in other matters outside the sale of our house, going above and beyond in providing advice and support on a property management issue, unrelated to the sale. Through this entire process, nothing was too much to ask, right down to providing contacts for trades, or being on the premises to give them access. They even offered to come to us to collect the keys for settlement so we didn’t need to go to them. We could not recommend Adam, Cadence and the team at Ray White Ashgrove, highly enough.
