Having both bought and sold through Dwight and his team I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. We purchased a block of land through Dwight three years ago and built what we thought was our dream home. Matt listened carefully when we said we wanted to sell in the Spring Market by Auction, a method still growing in popularity in Queensland. He explained the pros/cons of an Auction, then put together a first class advertising campaign ( including video/drone of neighbourhood/print material/internet/open homes/Auction Agents). The personal attributes we appreciated in Matt included his clear communication (e.g. always confirmed open home times) and sound local market knowledge. He is observant (offered us good advice on presentation) . His cheerful demeanor interpersonal skills, and ability to manage our expectations (as well as those of potential buyers), meant that we sold on Auction Day for the amount we had wanted.
