He explained the pros/cons of an Auction, then put together a first class advertising campaign ( including video/drone of neighbourhood/print material/internet/open homes/Auction Agents). The personal attributes we appreciated in Matt included his clear communication (e.g. always confirmed open home times) and sound local market knowledge. He is observant (offered us good advice on presentation) .
