Having both bought and sold through Dwight and his team I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. We purchased a block of land through Dwight three years ago and built what we thought was our dream home. He worked hard for the seller and made us pay the most we were willing too, so we knew he would be the perfect agent when we realised after a year of living in our new home that it was just not the right fit. Letting go of our house was an incredibly emotional and hard decision and Dwight went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. He was honest, caring, friendly and hardworking and he genuinely cared about the end result, not just for himself but also for us which is hard to come by in an agent. Robbie's many years of experience and his extensive local knowledge helped secure a sale of our property. As our property was leased while it was being marketed we needed an agent who was able to communicate effectively with our tenants. Robbie was able to make sure all parties were kept up to date with what was going on. Matt listened carefully when we said we wanted to sell in the Spring Market by Auction, a method still growing in popularity in Queensland. He explained the pros/cons of an Auction, then put together a first class advertising campaign ( including video/drone of neighbourhood/print material/internet/open homes/Auction Agents). The personal attributes we appreciated in Matt included his clear communication (e.g. always confirmed open home times) and sound local market knowledge. He is observant (offered us good advice on presentation) . His cheerful demeanor interpersonal skills, and ability to manage our expectations (as well as those of potential buyers), meant that we sold on Auction Day for the amount we had wanted.
