The property presented numerous challenges to sell in a difficult market, with banks tightening up lending and pre-election jitters. What impressed us was that his enthusiasm and confidence to achieve a sale never waned over the quite long listing period. He backed his skills and contacts and never once pressured us to reduce the asking price. He and his team conducted numerous open houses and gave us feedback religiously after each inspection. He kept in contact with us throughout the entire campaign and discussed sales tactics and listened to our suggestions. When it came to contract time, he negotiated successfully to achieve the outcome that we desired. I would recommend he and his team to anyone selling in this area. Apart from his personal skill he knows his patch and the market.

Dwight is been excellent through out the process, that was our first time to buy a house so there were quite a few things that we were unsure about, but Dwight guided us thoroughly. I have no words to describe the incredibly positive selling experience I had with Dwight and his team. Does this team even sleep? Faultless From the moment i met with Dwight and the team i knew they would be my agents. They made recommendations on some touch ups i should do and provided me a phone number of an amazing stylist, while at first i was slightly hesitant, they ensured me that it would guarantee the best price... They were absolutely right, the sale price of the home was way beyond expectations. The communication was faultless and constant and the whole process was just easy!
