Dwight is straight forward, honest and courteous. Professional in every way, incredible negotiator and was as amazing as we could have wished for. Brilliant knowledge of our area and we always kept up to date during the sales process. We felt that Dwight and his team really understood our needs and addressed our concerns with patience and fineness. Dwight definitely sets the bar high!

As sellers currently overseas, Angela went above and beyond to communicate with us at all hours! She is very professional and honest. Angela is an agent who did not over promise and guided us accordingly through the current market conditions; she knows the area well. With that, we were able to secure a fairly quick sale, and settlement went without a hitch. We highly recommend Angela for her professionalism, maturity and communication skills.

Dwight is an agent who really has the vendor’s interests at heart. From the first meeting we got on very well with Dwight. It was obvious he enjoys his work and his enthusiasm is passed on through his team. We enlisted his services to sell a “renovator” in Northgate because of his success in attaining sales in the area. The property presented numerous challenges to sell in a difficult market, with banks tightening up lending and pre-election jitters. What impressed us was that his enthusiasm and confidence to achieve a sale never waned over the quite long listing period. He backed his skills and contacts and never once pressured us to reduce the asking price. He and his team conducted numerous open houses and gave us feedback religiously after each inspection. He kept in contact with us throughout the entire campaign and discussed sales tactics and listened to our suggestions. When it came to contract time, he negotiated successfully to achieve the outcome that we desired. I would recommend he and his team to anyone selling in this area. Apart from his personal skill he knows his patch and the market.

Being a first home buyer, entering the property market was very daunting and I had previously had negative experiences with other real estate agent's. Thanks to the Dwight Colbert team, I was able to purchase my first home with the whole experience being positively memorable. From the initial home inspection, right through to settlement, Antony who I was dealing with went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed and understanding of the purchasing process. The cherry on the sundae moment from my experience was the Dwight Colbert team coming to the house after settlement to help do the gardening. I would highly recommend the Dwight Colbert team to any first home buyer who is a little unsure or cautious about getting into the market.

Dwight is been excellent through out the process, that was our first time to buy a house so there were quite a few things that we were unsure about, but Dwight guided us thoroughly. He also offered assistance with other things e.g. Insurance companies, Solicitor recommendation, Building & Pest inspections etc. He was very encouraging and professional on the Same time. He will definitely be our person to go to for any real estate needs in the future. Keep up the good work mate. Regards and best wishes, Taj & Sukhi.

Selling a home is an arduous process because it involves time, effort and money. In order to get the best price for my property I realized it had to be prepared for sale. This is where Dwight Colbert my local Ray White Real Estate agent came to help. He pointed out many key visual areas in the home that needed attention. I listened to his advice and completed the work, soon after Dwight and I put my home up for sale. During the first open house inspection, I received an offer on the property. After negotiation which Dwight was pivotal in, the buyers and I came to an agreed amount suitable to us both. Dwight is a very professional, reliable and honest agent. He has a warming personality and is a straight talker. I would recommend him to anyone selling a home. Thank you Dwight

I have no words to describe the incredibly positive selling experience I had with Dwight and his team. I listed my property with Dwight after seeing his name against so many successful sales in the Nudgee area. When I reached out to Dwight, he gave me 100% of his attention from listing to sale. Being based overseas, I really had to rely on Dwight as my agent to navigate the sales process 'solo' - and he surpassed all expectations. Every decision with marketing, open homes and pricing was discussed in depth over the phone and his industry experience really shined through during this process. Dwight was always there to give me updates throughout the entire process - whether it be late at night or on the weekend given the time zone differences. He never let the sales process go stale and, having an in depth understanding of the local market dynamics, he was constantly questioning and reviewing the marketing plan as required. In the end, the property was sold for a great price and I was beyond happy with the experience and result. I would highly recommend Dwight - a true real estate professional.

Dwight helped my partner and I purchase our home and was nothing but accommodating and helpful (including during my various meltdowns and freakouts). Dwight was friendly and professional and I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!

A huge thank you to Deborah for helping us to secure our dream home. The whole process was very transparent and Deb was always only a phone call away if we had any concerns. No hesitation in recommending her and the team at Ray White Aspley. Thanks Deb!

We are so pleased with the purchase of our beautiful new property, we thought it would be difficult because we are presently living in Adelaide and had only one chance to look at the property, Dwight was so helpful and knowledgeable and went beyond agent, he did things for us as we could not be there at times and we are so grateful for that. It was not a stressful experience at all and if we were to sell in the future would definitely call on Dwight to sell our home. Would definitely recommend Dwight to friends/family as his sales record is also outstanding. Thanks Dwight. Damien & Corinne

From the word go Dwight went to work with a will and laid out just what I had to do, step by step and when you are 88 you need that sort of help. He was available whenever I wanted advice or had to make a decision. I felt secure with Dwight doing the work as he always found solutions to the problems as they arose.
