I met Drew at an open home my daughter suggested I attend. It was the first home I looked at in Virginia and from the moment I met Dwight I found him to be courteous, polite and respectful. He let me wander around the home and answered all of my questions. was very knowledgeable about the area. I never went in thinking I was going to buy this house. Well, when I thought it was a great house Dwight put no pressure on me at all. We looked through it a couple more times and when Dwight suggested we put in an offer we did. He was very respectful, thoughtful and courteous and told us to put in what we thought it was worth. Through the negotiations he was always bright and cheery and helpful. His demeanor is hardworking and nothing seems to be too much trouble for him. If I was selling a house I would highly recommend Dwight. Fair but not pushy. Warm but not overly friendly. He was more excited for us, to buy than we were. If you were at a party he would be the life of it but would make sure that everyone was having a good time. He just is thoughtful and kind. Knows his prices as well.
