Having dealt with Dwight both buying and selling he was amazing and would recommend him especially for Banyo and Northgate where he has hands down the best market knowledge. He had plenty of time to assist my partner and I to find the right place and did an amazing negotiation to get us the highest selling price for our land in the area.

During initial interviews with agents, I was impressed by Dwights local knowledge and by his positive energy. As I live near Sydney, I felt very comfortable leaving the selling of my house in his hands, as he provided excellent ongoing communication. Within 5 days I had a contract on the house at a price that exceeded my expectations. A wonderful result and an excellent experience for my first ever house sale.

Nothing was too much trouble and her mediation between us (the buyers) and the sellers was always professional and helpful. I believe that the sellers and us (the buyers) left the table feeling we had the best result possible.

Very Professional and Friendly. Has a good ability to read best options with what she has presented in front of her. Unfortunately First Sale did not go through, but Angela was very quick to address the issue, and had a new Contract in a few days. Constantly kept me up to date on progress, and most helpful with some questions I had. The experience I had with Angela was very pleasant, and would use her again in a heartbeat.

Deb was friendly and sincere in her efforts to sell my home and kept me informed on a regular basis of any and all issues. She also got me a great price!

Selling our house with Dwight was one of the best decisions we made. The whole process from the initial meeting through to settlement has been stress-free, worry- free, and if anything- easy. Dwight has excellent knowledge of the area and local market, had done plenty of research on the history of our home, and worked extremely hard to reach an excellent result for all parties involved. In the end we sold our home after 4 days on the market for a price that we were very happy with- which is a result that I don't think we would have achieved if we went with another agent. We would have no hesitations in using Dwight again or recommending him to anyone else.

Angela and her team were fantastic to work with. They have facilitated a very smooth transaction. Buying my first home there were lots of questions but Angela was very helpful and assisted to ensure I felt supported and able to understand the steps. I highly recommend her and her team members like Ethan.

Very happy with Dwight and his team. Would deal with him again. He seems to be a closer as everywhere I see his 4 Sale signs, it is not long before the property is sold.

This is the second time we have used Angela , first when buying our house , then selling 7yrs latter. Definitely recommended. She was friendly , professional and upfront , giving us straight to point knowledge of the market. Which resulted in the result we wanted fast sale at a good market price. With so many years’ experience in the market we felt 100% confident that she could deliver the strategy that we both discussed … and she did.

It was a pleasure working with Dwight, he had great local knowledge and always kept me updated on progress with regular calls, texts and a weekly report. The service was very professional, and prompt and he was always willing to work with me and make changes to the strategy in order to achieve the desired outcome. I would have no hesitation in using Dwight again in the future and can recommend his services to anyone who is looking to buy/sell in the Brisbane area.
