However, Dwight and the Ray White team made it such an easy and stress free process for us. Dwight was able to provide us with extensive information about the area, surrounding suburbs and schools. He was in contact with us constantly throughout the negotiation period and has been (and still is) contactable pretty much 24/7 to answer any questions that we may have. He has been the middle man between us and the Owner for many things, even finding out the ages of children living in our street for the sake of my daughter! I would say that Dwight has gone above and beyond for us and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that is looking to sell or buy in the area.

Our sale for some reason was more difficult that most. To Dwights credit however he didn't lose hope and never pressured us to do anything we were uncomfortable with. He was personally at every home open and regularly gave us updates via phone or text. I've dealt with a number of agents in the past and have never encountered one that is as passionate, considerate or as good at what they do as Dwight. Dwight certainly goes above and beyond for both the seller and buyer, which is a rare quality. Well done.

Dwight has extensive knowledge of Northgate (QLD) and surrounding suburbs. I would highly recommend Dwight to anybody who is buying or selling in this area. He was aware of all sales in the area and was to able accurately asses the market for the sale of my house in Northgate. The property was rented and Dwight was able to respectfully gain the cooperation of the Tenants to show the house at its best. I know this difficult from previous experience when trying to buy while a property is rented. The Tenants are not usually very cooperative. If any one wants absolutely hassle free sale experience ,Deborah is the agent to hire.She has a solution to every problem that can crop up during the process.She has the team that includes really good capable handymen that will attend to all structural issues,interior decorating consultants who can transform the property and she herself will work very hard at all times to make the sale at the best price.The advise I would give any potential vendor is get Deborah on site the moment you decide to sell and show her the property as it is.She will then go to work and get the property in to ship shape so that the inspection process will be smooth and no hiccups will occur in completing a potential sale.You will not regret it.
