Thank you so much to Dwight, Doug and the team. They made this experience a very happy and memorable one, including their professional approach when dealing with all parties. Their experience of housing in the area and answering a myriad of questions leading up to the auction led to a streamlined finale.

We were extremely happy with the whole service Dwight and his team gave us. Their communication was faultless and it was never a bother to ring him or one of his staff. Our house sold before it even went to market. Can not speak highly enough of Dwight and his excellent staff.

Dwight is an outstanding agent. He is communicative, responsive, and working hard for the seller. In my recent transaction, I was the buyer...and despite initially not getting the outcome that I was looking for, he continuously kept me updated. No matter what the outcome was of the negotiations, he kept me informed. He facilitated post contract matters as well. There should be more agents like Dwight. He is a cut above the pack.

Dwight and his team were a pleasure to work with. Very professional, friendly and resourceful. They were confident they could sell our property for the price we hoped for and we accepted an offer within a week. Dwights team made the whole process easy and made us feel like part of their team. We look forward to working with them again and i will be recommending them family, friends and anyone looking to sell their house.

We used Dwight Colbert to sell our home in Northgate and he was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Dwight and his Team stood out as the best: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their presence on the Northside of Brisbane was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. I spoke with Dwight and then met with him at our home. He spent a considerable amount of time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing information in general about the area. Dwight made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other agents don't (but should), like having a professional come and give us open home tips, having specialized photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and our house was soon sold at more than our expecting price. I will certainly recommended the Dwight and the Team to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better agent.

We had numerous realtors attempt to sell our property however Dwight was the only one who was finally able to 'seal the deal'. His enthusiasm, professionalism and knowledge of the industry shone from the outset. He was always willing to go the extra mile, even assisting our buyers with gaining approval with their financing. Not many realtors would have been able to achieve such a feat, but Dwight was certainly the man for the job and for this we thank him sincerely.

After having dealt with numerous real estate agents and feeling like I was being pushed a lot of the time and feeling very pressured as soon as I walked into properties , the whole situation made me not like realestate agents at all , however after meeting dwight at an open house I was a relief to finally meet a genuine and not pushy realestate agent , I would recommend Dwight or any of the Ray white team at aspley to anyone who is buying or selling a home , In the future when I will be buying a new home and selling my current one I will only be going to Dwight ,

I'm just sending you a quick email to say a big 'thank you' for all your support and hard-work, resulting in the sale of our house in Aspley. You are always so accessible, returning calls or emails promptly. Your advice about ways to market/present our house was invaluable. The 'open houses' conducted by you were done efficiently with a minimum of stress for us - your feedback was timely and useful and your determination to secure a sale for us at the best possible price is most appreciated. Many thanks for your dedication and professionalism that helped us achieve the sale of our home in a relatively short period of time. I'll be looking for you to sell my new home when I'm ready for the retirement village.

Our family has had the satisfaction of enlisting Deb McCullough as a agent twice in the last 14 months. With both experiences we have been happy with the sales price achieved within a fairly short time frame. We were also appreciative of the advice Deb provided us in relation to preparing the property for sale.
