Clear communication. Efficient and professional.
Overall, the team was quite responsive. They were quick to respond when something was urgent, but for non-urgent matters, it sometimes took a little longer to hear back. Overall, communication was good, and issues were addressed when needed.

Her involvement was crucial in finalising the lease. Easy to work with good communication and efficient
They were able to oversee my move from my old place into a new rental fairly quickly and efficiently from handling the application to the paperwork. Jaimee was able to help me sort out maintenance request at the new property fairly quickly and they were all able to communicate well overall really good experience
