Professional and caring team
My husband Mel and I would like to thank Belinda and Addison for being so amazing and selling our home in Greendale so quickly! Fantastic agent for a quick and painless sell
Belinda was an excellent communicator and was always very professional. She offered lots of helpful suggestions for first-time sellers, advising on what the property needed to be ready for market. Belinda also showed an expert level knowledge of the current market, which was why our selling price was what was expected, because it was on par with similar homes. It was incredibly easy working with Belinda and we were very grateful to sell our home quickly with her help.

Blinked and it was sold
Had first visit with Berlinda and her team on Friday 27 February for appraisal. Very helpful and gave good advice. Gave them the go ahead to list property. List on Tuesday 3rd March with open for inspection on Saturday 7th March. On Tuesday 10th March was told for 3 or 4 interested buyers. On Monday 16 March signed agreement to sell. Either I was very lucky or Berlinda and her team are very good at their jobs. Probably the later. Thank you and you’re team for the speedy outcome.
