Beth from Harcourts has a sound knowledge of the market and provide the right advice.
On the very first day of our meeting with Beth, she gave us confidence on renting the property with a reasonable timeframe and she made it happen. Also, she gives the right advice on rental and procedures.

Great Landlord Experience
We recently engaged Harcourts as property manager for our Ballarat investment property. We are greatly impressed with the service received through Beck Phillips. We found her to be a good listener, helpful and a good communicator with genuine interest in the client. We were kept informed throughout the process, fees / charges were clearly explained and Beck was there to address all our queries. We were provided a good summary report of prospective interested tenants which assisted us in making an informed decision. As its a new built property, Beck was able to coordinate hassle-free with the builder on some minor issues which require addressing, giving us a peace of mind and she also kept us updated. I would highly recommend Harcourts if you are in market for Buying / Renting or Property Management.

Exceptional service from Georgia and Kymberley
I can highly recommend Georgia and Kimberley from Harcourts Ballarat. We had terrible issues with a different real estate in Ballarat with various issues including terrible tenants and not following through with maintenance and proper inspections. What a breath of fresh air it was when we finally changed to Harcourts. Georgia in particular has gone above and beyond to help us get our damaged property renovated from arranging new carpets, painters and even going out herself to vacuum and tidy up prior to new tenants moving in.Her communication with us is faultless, the screening of the new tenants was thorough and they have done an incredible job finding new tenants that care for our property as though it was their own. The past rental agency could learn a lot from Georgia and Kymberley about the importance of provision of high quality tenant screening, communication, doing proper rental inspections and ensuing both landlord and tenants feel cared for. Georgia in particular has gone above and beyond. We are extremely impressed and thank her from the borrow of our hearts. She has helped turn a very stressful experience in to one of major relief

We have engaged Harcourts Property management for 9 years now. Their property managers have always had a thorough understanding of the leasing requirements for both the tennants and landlord. They provide access to online services to monitor rental payments and property maintenance services. Regular property 6 monthly inspections are diligently completed and reports provided to the landlord with any recommendations being followed up. End of lease transitions to new leases are seemeless with minimal vacancy periods occuring. We would highly recommend Harcourts property management for your property management needs.
