I found Tim to be very honest, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was able to call or message him and he responded promptly with answers to my questions. He was able to guide me through the sales process from offer to even giving advice on how to deal with contract issues that inevitably come up. Comparing the experience to other agents I have dealt with I did not feel that he was trying to make a sale so much as trying to make sure we were happy and all went as smooth as possible. After having a bad experience with selling a previous property I had lost my confidence in real estate agents. Christine was everything you wanted in an agent - response time always quick, amazing communication throughout the entire process, expertise in how we should have presented our property and the price range. Our property sold for much more than we expected because of Christine. We live interstate also which can make it pretty stressful during a sales campaign but Christine gave me the confidence to trust her with our property.
