I think that Tim Menz is, by far, the best agent that I have engaged to sell my house, and I've sold quite a few in Australia and in the UK. He is outstanding because he understood how important the sale was to our future plans, he was accurate in his assessment of our property and the market at the time of our sale, and he was very, very (I can't stress this enough) very hard working. He did not just list the property on the internet and expect it to sell itself as I've had from other agents. He actively worked towards finding the right buyer for our property and achieved a good, fair price that we and the buyers were happy with. He always answered phone calls or got back to us really quickly. He always answered our questions knowledgeably and clearly. He gave good advice which achieved a timely sale.
