I could not more highly recommend Helen Yan if you are looking for a Real Estate Agent in Balwyn. As my neighbour said "She is a legend in Balwyn Real Estate". Her knowledge of the property market in the area is quite remarkable as is his her list of potential buyers and her understanding of the needs of both vendors and buyers. Our house is a substantial size but also has a quite large outside entertaining area, so probably not the typical type of property favoured by a lot of buyers in Balwyn. Helen was able find the exact profile of buyers who would appreciate the space and so was able to satisfy both buyer and vendor with a good match. She works very hard, communicates very well and always seems full of energy and drive. It must be difficult for other agents in Balwyn to compete.
