Excellent experience with Helen

Sold off Market with one inspection in one week!
We had tried to sell our house with another local agency but had not received any offers during the 7 week campaign. Our bank manager recommended Helen as she had delivered great results for him. Helen advised us to sell off market for a few weeks to avoid the listing becoming stale. She gave one inspection and took one targeted buyer through who had interest. She then worked tirelessly on that interested buyer to get them up to a price that we were happy with. In a housing market where houses no longer "sell themselves" Helen's patient and relentless approach is a winning strategy. We are very grateful to Helen for selling our house so quickly after such a disastrous first campaign, and keeping costs to a minimum. Our only regret is that we did not sell with her initially!! We would definitely sell with Helen again and would recommend anyone looking to sell in the currency market to work with her.
