Great communication throughout the process.
My partner and I just purchased a property with Dennis Zhong and found he was incredibly accommodating. His communication was amazing and I found I could contact him at any point through any means and would get a quick response! My partner and I are very happy with the initial purchase process and cannot wait for settlement to happen and for us to move into our new home. Dream Come True With The Right Helen!
The dream home is a step closer to you if Helen Yan is the agent you are liaising with. We are very fortunate to get to know her from the purchasing of our investment. Helen and her team are fully professional with the services, the teamwork is very well-structured and smooth. As the leader of the team, we find Helen is industrial standard/professional, very welcoming, respectful & efficient woman. I noticed she always place a customer in first - No matter what time we SMS her with query of the property (well.. after 7am & before 11pm), she always gets back to us no more than 10mins. With our purchase of the property, she arranged a solo inspection specifically meeting our concern (noise and weather condition day). As we made an offer on the night, she chased up the offer with vendor and making a good and fair call between both parties and we end up having the property by 10:30 on that night. I think vendor and us are both happy with the outcome. From the conversation, we learnt Helen has been in the industry for a long time, and we can feel her enthusiasm in the job. She can apply her expertise proficiently in the market. You will be laughing if you happen to deal with Helen for your dream home.

Professional and hard working
Helen knows the market near here very well. She works in a very efficient way to satisfy the needs from buyer and seller side. She never refuse the request and provide her support and service as quick as possible even on Sunday. She is also very kind to support you in arranging the other matters of selling, for instance, arranging a house moving company to assist you. I think her success is not only because she is professional but also because of her hard working and considerate of her customers deliberately.

两年前一次很偶然的机会在房屋拍卖现场结识了海伦，当初看房只是想了解市场信息，最近2.3个月频繁的看房，看拍卖，跟很多房屋中介了解市场行情，做买房前的准备。期间刚好赶上圣诞节，好多中介都出去旅游，享受大自然的美丽风光去了，而海伦却在圣诞的早晨为买家和卖家签约！完成了买卖双方的心愿！海伦就是一个工作狂，我经常跟我老公说，她是拿一天当三天用的人，无论早晚只要联系她即使当时忙着没回复，忙完后也会第一时间回复的！而且有问必答，了解客户需求，提供相应的房源！海伦笑容总是那么灿烂！衣着打扮总是那么精致！是我所接触到的中介中最懂客户需求的人！没有之一！我现在明白了海伦的销售业绩为什么常年站在霸主的位置了！而且无与伦比！

Wonderful work
We were looking for a new house for me to move into, and Helen was incredibly helpful. She was available on a Sunday, closing hours for us to make the offer. She also helped refer me to a great conveyancer at discounted rated, who is also an absolute workaholic like her. Together they helped make the purchase incredibly quick and smooth for us. Would always recommend her as your agent.
