I highly recommend Helen to any one looking to sell their home or investment property. Her knowledge of the market and individual properties in the area and her keen approach to the sales process resulted in an excellent result. When selling my investment property I interviewed several agents and decided upon Helen based on her high level of energy and her excellent communication skills. Helen the strategist
We first knew Helen from a friend's auction in Balwyn where they successfully sold the property above reserve price. On the same weekend they sold a house in Mount Waverley and achieved impressive result. The following week we met with Helen on our property and signed the contract on the same day. Within 1-hour she got the furniture staging company to come and assess the house. In two weeks, the house was fully furnished, professionally photographed, printed brochures and advertising board put up for open house. It was evident that she is very experienced, knowledgeable and have unique sale strategy that sets her apart from other agents. We’re extremely pleased in her quick action and efficient strategy that gave us the assurance from the beginning that the sale will be a success. The result speaks for itself and we could not have chosen a better agent to sell our family home.
