Property sold within 3 days and achieved a price that I expected. I suppose that given the property sold so quickly, one can imagine that it was undersold. But I am more than happy with the outcome & am sure that it sold quickly due to Craig's tenacity & expertise with filtering out the tyre kickers & concentrating on the genuine buyers.Great interaction between the sales & property management team.

I meet Graeme when I bought our property at Bass Hill and when ask to sell he was the first agent to respond. Graeme is the most helpful person, always guiding me to ensure I'm making the right decision. He was always there from the start to the very end of selling my property, you could count on him for anything. Highly recommend him and his team. He has sold two of my properties and both I was very satisfied with the result.

The property was sold at the first open house thanks to the great effort and well-planning done by Patrick. The marketing campaign which Patrick successfully used selling this property showed that he knows very clearly about the local market and the industry. Moreover, Patrick's professionalism, communicating and a great negotiating skill contributed to the amazing sale results. We achieved the sale with the time and price much more than expected. Patrick is helpful, informative and very very reliable in my opinion. We absolutely loved working with him and so happy with the services delivered therefore we highly recommend Patrick and his team at Ray White, Bankstown to everyone. We wish Patrick all the best in his career!

We are pleased to recommend Josh Nassif from the Ray White team in Bankstown. His service was excellent and he acted at all times with enthusiasm and integrity. These as well as his professionalism, hard work and specialised local knowledge were the key factors in helping our family achieve a successful sale.
Joshua Nassif
Joshua recently acted as our real estate agent, selling our family home. It was comforting to know that the sale was always being looked after, potential buyers were chased up on and a clear strategy was always in place. Joshua made sure we were always kept up to date on the open homes via a call after each one and a detailed report sent every week with every imaginable piece of data that could be available. I always felt that we had an energetic agent working hard for us and he was as motivated for a sale as we were.
Joshua Nassif
