Thankyou to Josh and the team at Ray white Bankstown. Joshua was fantastic throughout the whole campaign, constantly calling me to let me know how he was going with buyers and always keeping me up to date. Joshua constantly puts in 100% effort to achieve the price we wanted and to sell the house on the day. After selling one duplex at the auction he then sold the other side for me in the same week. I highly recommend Joshua as he is very honest and most importantly works very hard throughout the campaign.

We immediately found Patrick to be trustworthy - he did what he said on time. Patrick patiently explained to us his auction process which bought some real science to the whole activity. He communicated well throughout the process with weekly reports and analytics to help us gauge the success and progress. He was genuine and I felt he was in our court and 100% looking after our interests. He worked really hard to get a positive result for us. Strongly recommend him for anyone considering auctioning a house in this area.

Anthony's approach to compiling a market appraisal, have a good understanding of what was occurring in the market especially during the turmoil times of Covid 19. He was confident and effective in conveying this detail and remained confident at all times of a successful sale. Anthony maintained a high level of professionalism at all times and keeping us well informed regarding those interested in the property being sold. He was also supported by an effective team, especially on the day of the auction.

Joshua is a highly recommended realestate agent. He does his best to look for potential buyers and works extremely hard to have the property sold in a short period of time .

My overall experience with Joshua was a very positive one. He was enthusiastic, proffessional and very easy to deal with from the start and kept me updated with what was happening regularly. He had a very good knowledge of the local area and of the market in general. Whilst the final sale price was below what I had hoped I know Josh was committed to getting the best possible outcome in the current market. Josh is a hard working and dedicated young man and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the future.
