I have had the pleasure of working with Francine from Ray White Bateau Bay for a number of years now and I am very satisfied with her professionalism, responsiveness and proactive communication. Francine provides good advice on the current market conditions, ensuring our property is priced competitively. She has always been great at finding reliable tenants quickly and recently managed the process for us, ensuring carpets and curtains were clean, property maintained appropriately and then the vetting of prospective tenants was done to secure the best option for us. I highly recommend Ray White Bateau Bay for anyone looking to rent out their property. Their expertise and dedication make them an invaluable partner for any landlord!

Francine has been a pleasure to work with during the process of renting out our house. From the initial conversation on site, where she provided an overview of her role, the support she offers and her approach to finding the right tenant, through to getting the house ready, and to the day the tenants moved in, has been seamless. Francine takes pride in her work and has the right balance between supporting the tenants and the landlord.
