I recently changed management agents to LJHooker Bateau Bay and found them to be professional, polite, courteous and friendly in all aspects of communication and management of the Property. Francine Steedman in particular amazed me in her proficiency and knowledge of the industry and made the management transition much easier. She has a solid and reliable group of tradespeople ready to address any aspect that needed attention and did so in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the team at LJHooker Bateau Bay for anyone seeking property management on the Central Coast. Regards, Hamish

From day 1 the service we received from LJ Hooker Bateau Bay was fantastic and still is. True professionals. All the team there are so welcoming and really care about our property needs. As a landlord there are tools available to observe all routine inspections and reports online. I have recommended so many people to to LJ Hooker at Bateau Bay and will continue to do so. We engaged LJ Hooker Bateau Bay to manage an investment property for us, as our previous property managers were proving to be completely useless. Francine and Amanda have been fantastic to work with. They are responsive and helpful to both us and our tenants. It has been a breath of fresh air compared to the company we were dealing with previously.

Amanda was able to find us the perfect tenants for our property after only having it listed a week! She listened to our concerns regarding renting out our property. I’m confident in her abilities.

We recently changed property managers from another agency to L J Hooker and couldn't be happier. We now have 3 rental properties with them and am very satisfied with everything. Very quick turnaround with great new incoming tenants, great communication and Amanda is always ready to show prospective tenants through at very short notice, rather than have them wait days for the next open house.
