My property in Bateau Bay is rented through LJ Hooker and Amanda is my property manager, she is easy to work with and whenever any repairs or maintenance is required she contacts me with a plan in mind and quotes on hand.

Amanda rent my house at the first inspection! The team started the preparation of the rent before the settlement and took very quick action when the house is ready for rent. I enjoy communicating with the team and appreciate their high-quality service.

LJH could not be more helpful (or pleasant). They literally take care of EVERYTHING to do with the property, from finding and vetting tenants, letting, collecting rent, arranging upkeep and maintenance. There is no work required from myself.

The first time we rented out our property was 2005 and since then we’ve been with a couple of different real estate agencies and a zillion different agents within those agencies. By far and away, Amanda Rix is the very best - so much so that she's not even in the same league. Amanda is always on the ball, efficient, and excellent at communicating. She makes considered, timely, logical, economically prudent suggestions that keep our properties in excellent condition and our tenants happy, which is obviously good for our investment. The combination of her wealth of experience and well honed industry skills and knowledge, combined with her personal integrity and attributes, makes an incredible difference to us, and we’re incredibly grateful.

Francine went above and beyond in preparing the property for rental. As I lived 4 hours drive away, she organised tradesmen to come and do repairs on the property which saved me the worry and hassle. Would highly recommend LJ Hooker Bateau Bay.
