Her advice on securing our place was what enabled us to sort a smooth move from one property to the next on the same day. Dawn knew how to get around what seemed undoable to us. So big thanks for her friendly professional and genuine care of our needs

Thank you for everything you have done with our purchase Dawn, you have made this experience as calm and controlled as possible. We were so impressed by your commitment and the multiple times showing us through the property, whenever we call, you are available straight away. Terri was the perfect person to help us sell my mother’s property. Solid market knowledge, friendly demeanor and immense patience and helpfulness at a time when we needed all the help we could get. She fought for (and got) a great result - I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Thanks Dawn! Now let's cross our fingers for a good sale price for the land at North Rosedale.

We were very appreciative of Terri's depth of knowledge and commitment to us and the sale of our property. We moved across to Terri from another Real Estate and never looked back. Terri and Helena were always positive, marketed our property in its best light, kept us informed, and then finalised the sale using a variety of successful strategies. In our experience for both rental and sales, Ray White Batemans Bay are the go to in Real Estate. They stand well ahead of their competition.

Terri at Ray White Batemans Bay went above and beyond to help my wife and I purchase our dream home. We highly recommend Terri.

Very easy to deal with, especially as we live in Forbes, central western NSW. Terri kept in touch and kept us up to date with what was happening with the property, and after open days etc. Very professional right from when we asked for an initial valuation, to achieving a very satisfactory price

Dawn handled my sale very professionally. She and her staff kept me completely informed at every stage throughout the process, right through to the successful settlement. My personal thanks to Dawn and Katrina. I certainly recommend her & the Ray White team. Ria Warke

Dawn always made the properties available for us to inspect at times that worked for us, and with coming from out of town on weekends that was greatly appreciated. At the business end of the transaction Dawn was very efficient with our dealings between the vendor enabling getting the job done. We were very pleased with our service and would recommend Dawn to friends and family.
