Our house was on the market for several years with little or no results or feedback. From the word go, Steve was enthusiastic and honest in his approach regarding marketing and price range. His efforts on our behalf led us to a recent sale and during that process he was constantly in contact with us guiding and endeavoring to make the process as stress free as possible. Steve continues to work with us in securing a new property and has been equally enthusiastic with this. We can recommend Steve in highest regard he's genuine and thoughtful in his dealings. Thanks for looking after us Steve, The Penmans

Steve, thank you for the awesome job you did with the recent sale of my fathers property in Sunshine Bay. We really appreciated your assistance and the "no fuss" way you deliver service ...and even going the extra mile in order to have a small but important matter attended to prior to settlement.

Steven listened to what I wanted, and implemented a successful low-key campaign, resulting in the right buyer coming to the fore, without excessive 'marketing'. The result was a good fit between vendor and buyer. Completely satisfied with the process!

Steven Mason at Ray White was the 4th Agent my sister and I interviewed. Immediately his quite and friendly manner put us at ease. His local knowledge of the market was also reassuring. A holiday property which had been in the family over 55 years was not one that was easy to part with. Stevens professional and calm manner made this transition much easier. The property sold within two days and at a price that was above our expectations. We would highly recommend both Steven and Ray White as a Real Estate Agent to deal with. Thanks again to you Steven for all your help and support.

We had been trying to sell our home for 7 years, no that is not a joke! we had almost given up! Steve at Ray White was referred to us by a friend and we new from the start he was different. Constant communication, calls and updates Steve really restored our faith in real estate agents. He had buyers coming through our home and making offers not excuses. I would recommend to anyone selling on the south coast DO NOT SELL THROUGH ANYONE ELSE! Go and see Steve at Ray White, thank you Steve.
