The team at Ray White were great to work with. It was our first time setting up a rental property and they couldn't have been more helpful guiding us through the process!

In my situation, I had to defer my plan to convert my property into investment 3-4 times (3-4 yrs precisely). Darren has been very understanding and very supportive with the journey I have gone through. When everything is ready, it is a breeze, it only took first open home to secure the tenants. With Ray White Baulkham Hills, I feel the ‘connection’ with the team and you really want to rely on someone you can connect and trust with your investment. Absolutely no doubt to recommend Darren and his team to anyone.

Having sold our home in December and needing to find a new home over the last weeks of 2020, we found the support and service provided by Ray White Baulkham Hills to be superb and very supportive of our needs. Thank you

Usually in the past locks that are not working and is a security issue gets done within a matter of days. I am deeply frustrated that there was a lot of going back and forth and seems like it is deliberate trying to find times out of my availability even when I have been flexible and giving every week day 9-3 and is as flexible around that as possible.
