Well done to Darren and his team on selling 17 Balmoral Road Northmead. He put in the hard yards and achieved a great result for us. We are extremely pleased. He even managed to calm the tenant living in the house and that is not an easy task. She liked his professionalism and keeping her up to date with everything that was going on. Great job and thanks.

We bought a property from Darren Dowd a few years ago and were very impressed with the purchase process. It's hard to find an good honest agent. Everything we were told about the property turned out true. We are currently looking for another property to purchase and keep a close eye on properties that are listed by Darren Dowds office. We would recommend Darren to anyone that is looking and purchasing or selling property.

Darren has sold our last two homes with fantastic over market results. We engaged Darren to sell our current home due the incredible result on the last home we owned (1 open home and 9 offers over asking). Darren was accurate with the valuation, bought in qualified buyers and obtained a great sales result for us. He's honest, experienced and professional which is why we didn't shop around for agents. We wanted the best which is why we called Darren.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Darren when he sold our property. He is very professional, very friendly, articulate and is clearly very skilled in what he does. He gave us excellent advice when selling our property, even tho we were unsure if it was the best strategy or advice. He proved us wrong. Photography was excellent, his marketing strategy was well targeted and focused resulting in the sale of our property 2 days after our first open house for a record price!! We couldnt have asked for any more. We highly recommend Darren to anyone looking to sell their home!

We had been searching for a property for just over 3 months when we came across one of Darren's properties in Baulkham Hills. Throughout our search for a new home we came across many agents - all confidently arrogant and somewhat intimidating to a buyer in this competitive market. Darren proved to be the complete opposite. Darren was completely transparent and honest. He has an understanding of the emotions involved in buying and selling and clearly has a genuine interest in looking after not only his client but also any potential buyer. Darren and his team at Ray and White Hills Group were always responsive to any questions I had. They are a team of professionals with a complete understanding of the Hills area. Clearly a team set on values. I highly recommend Darren Down and his team. Without any hesitation Darren will be our preferred agent should we want to sell.

Darren and his team (especially Todd) were approachable and professional, and took the stress out of the whole process. Darren has a very strong understanding of the local market, provided valuable advice and gave us confidence throughout the campaign. There was regular and information, and everything that was arranged was provided on time as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend Darren ans his team if you are looking to sell in the Hills area. Tracy Hill for Hazel Fluke

Hi Darren, My experience in purchasing the property with Ray White Baulkham Hills was great, and I don’t know how to express my appreciation for Darren Dowd and his team (especially Todd Giltinan). The best thing was that I could bring up my requests and the team negotiated with the vendor and kept me updated. I would like to recommend you to my friends if there are any opportunities. Overall I think your services are excellent and I am very happy with all this. Kind regards, Juliet
