With media talk citing a down turn in the housing market Darren assured us that that was not the case and in fact discussed options and approaches for what he was certain would be a very strong result. With an older house that had been renovated/refreshed that sat on a nice block Darren's plan was very specific in its approach and execution and could not be faulted simply due to the very high number of groups through the house on the one and only open day and the equally large number of offers that came in. We were thrilled that the house sold within a few days after the open day and were more than impressed with the final outcome. Also happy to see it go to some first home buyers as it is a great family home !
