I would like to say an extra special thank you as Douglas went above and beyond during a very difficult time as both my parents had recently passed. He was patient during a very lengthy legal battle with my siblings and remained in contact with me through the entire period. Douglas provided advice and an open ear that helped me have to worry about one less issue, i.e. the selling of the house. Furthermore, his kindness was gratefully accepted and I never once felt pressured despite the long settlement period. He also managed to find a purchaser before even taking the premises to market and we saved money without the expense of marketing solely because he is an agent who knows the area so well and he was able to find the right purchaser by using his existing database which made my difficult transition less complicated His consideration and his dealing with me was a blessing. I have known Douglas at Ray White, Beecroft, for 5 years. We met when I was looking to rent in the area and he was my first choice when the time came to sell my first purchased property. Personally, he is a lovely man. Professionally, he is perceptive, astute, kind, and knows the local market better than anyone. Douglas knows best what buyers want and their price point, he states the truth and not just what the seller wants to hear. I trust Douglas and he has returned that trust in spades. Douglas Macarthur has lots of experience and knows the Beecroft - Cheltenham area in detail and works very hard to gain the attention of as many buyers as possible. He was recommended to me by a legal firm for his integrity. He was able to provide the names of tradesmen to make an older home more saleable, and made the selling process easy for the vendor. Highly recommended.
