Helpful and Knowledgeable Every Step Of The Way
Too say it has been a long road with finding the perfect property is an understatement. More then 6 months ago we came to Shayne looking to buy a property. Countless times Shayne has made himself available through many evenings looking at house after house to no avail. Achieving the dream with the help of Shayne
We met Shayne several months ago and had a very long discussion about what sort of property we were after, or even better, if we could find land and build, that would be terrific. During many phone calls during these past months, Shayne has always been the consummate professional. His knowledge of the market and current conditions is exemplary. Once the dream acreage was listed for auction, there were many more conversations and Shayne's patience, honesty, guidance and advice was very much appreciated. Needless to say we were successful at auction. Highly recommend Shayne!!

Shayne made selling my property a breeze
I live in a different state to the property I was selling so I fully expected the process to be complex and at lease somewhat difficult. How wrong I was, Shayne was fantastic and made the presale/sale a breeze for me.
