Shayne and Peter came through the house, took notes gave us some advice on a few things and then 24 hours later they had a sale plan worked out. Their no nonsense approach was very much appreciated. They just stated the facts about what they did and what they could do for us. The house went on the market and within 10 days, we had secured a sale for an incredible price. Shayne, the whole time kept us in the loop of what was happening. I would recommend him, and have recommended him, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. 10 out of 10 from us. Thanks Shayne/
