Recently purchased through ella, the contact through out was good and she was very friendly. However she failed to rectify the issues through out settlement. Things that she claimed were fixed, we’re not and she said she was under no obligation to check them. And no issues could be sorted out through her, I was just told to contact a different person each time. Overall a little bit disappointed with the outcome.

We asked Delany and her team at Ray White to take on a crumbling sandstone miner's mansion, with leaks in nearly every room, rotting floor boards in other rooms, broken windows, even the walls were sinking in some areas: a real renovator's nightmare, not to mention the Heritage overlay. She not only accepted the challenge with a smile, but carefully and respectfully prodded me along the journey to ensure the cleaning out of the house and other matters required to prepare for the sale remained on track. Changing the sale to an Auction, as Delaney and her team recommended, no doubt hastened the process and provided an end date. It was a pleasure to deal with Delaney throughout the process, who maintained a professional approach even when my brother and I were not always the best communicators. She is testament to the statement that experience is not the most important criteria when he comes to selling a property. We are currently considering some vacant land to sell and she is in the box seat to take on another challenging property proposition!
