Friendly, Approachable and Accomodating

Awesome experience
We found Darcy to be very professional, he never hesitated in getting back to us when we had questions, as we purchased the house from interstate, Darcy made this possible by making it easy to contact him every step of the way. My mother in law lives locally and an appointment was easily made for her to go and see the house before we purchased it, Chloe met her there without hesitation. When we travelled to Bendigo to see it for ourselves, both Darcy and Chloe met us there without any hesitation or drama, the whole sale was seamless, thank you for making this experience easy and professional.

Nothing is too much trouble
Ella was great to work with in my recent purchase. There were a couple of hiccups but nothing was too much trouble for Ella. She wasn't bothered by the hiccups and remained helpful and supportive.

A great experience
Matt was a terrific agent to deal with. Professional and punctual from the outset. When we discovered a potential issue with the property we purchased he was very understanding and gave us time to do our due diligence before we went ahead and bought it.
