Darcy's marketing plan worked well, he had open houses weekly, which he also had to work with a tenant. He always communicated well after the open homes letting me know how many came through and there response and we always had a weekly phone conference about the property in regards to either marketing or if there is anything else to help get things moving. He is very committed to his job and I would recommend him if your thinking of selling your property.
