We found Darcy a great agent and person to deal with. If he did not know an answer he would find out the answer and get back as soon as he could, not just waffle on like many other agents and just make stuff up just to suit themselves. He always returned calls and texts and nothing was trouble for him. He made the whole process less stressful explaining the auction procedure [which we were against from the start, as it is a complete farce when there is only two bidders the auctioneer and you]. If Darcy stays honest and reliable we see him having a great career in realestate. We found a lot of other agents full of themselves and just tell lies to get sales or not bother answering to inquiries. In future we will be recommending him and chasing him up ourselves if buying or selling again.

Brent and Darcy interviewed me regarding the property I had to sell. We agreed on a fix price commission plus advertising. This price was very reasonable compared to other agents. After setting my price range they set about in a professional manner to try and get my price. They kept me updated on a weekly basis of enquiries and offers. They also gave me feedback from the people who inspected the property. The property was sold in just over 4 weeks at the price I wanted.
