Incompetence, blame passing, failure to follow up, refusal to put things in writing or address & rectify created problems, non responsive to email...disgusted in lack of service. I have given more than ample opportunity to accept my offer to vacate a situation I should never have been put into only to be met with abandonment of both me & the owners to deal with it ourselves.
