Great experience with Carley and her team
We have been very happy with Carley and her team. As new landlords we have had many many questions, and Carley has been patient and knowledgeable in responding to them. The process of finding tenants was smooth and we felt that the team was responsive to potential tenant enquiries, communicating clearly and often with us along the way. The result of finding great tenants after just a couple of weeks in a tough market was fantastic. We have also been very happy so far with the communication channel between the tenants and us, with the team responding and communicating issues to us quickly so that we can do our part in rectifying any issues promptly.... happy tenants is important to us, so we are happy owners!
