Incredibly efficient and supportive
Matthew made a non-straightforward process efficient and as smooth as possible. He was supportive throughout and managed the process for us very informatively. I would highly recommend Matthew to other purchasers given the friendly and professional service that we have received.

Matt was a pleasure to deal with the purchase of our home. Polite, friendly, reliable and always available when required. Matt did not try and and influence our opinion on the house; nor try to misguide us with sales techniques as many in the industry do. His honesty was refreshing to deal with.

Matthew was extremely well organised and demonstrated a thoroughly professional demeanour.
Matthew always returned my calls promptly and acted on all requests. He obviously has a keen sense of the market and adopted a no-nonsense approach. He was easy to talk to and offered excellent advice, which assisted me greatly in deciding to purchase the property. He was able to effectively address all of my concerns.

WORKED WITH US TO GET TRANSACTION COMPLETED QUICKLY. COUPLE OF SMALL ITEMS THAT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. WE BELIEVED THAT OUR INITIAL OFFER WAS GOING TO BE ACCEPTED OR A SMALL INCREASE. ON THE DAY OF EXCHANGE WE THOUGHT WE HAD ALL DAY BUT ENDED UP AS MAD RUSH TO GET CONTRACT TO MARK AS VENDORS LAWYERS WERE CLOSING AT 1PM FOR XMAS - MADE IT WITH 10 MINS TO SPARE. THIS SAID, MATTHEW IS A GOOD AGENT AND THINGS DONT ALWAYS GO AS SMOOTHLY AS YOU WOULD LIKE . HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND DILIGENT IN HIS RESPONSES.

A dependable agent - professional and thorough
At all times throughout the sale campaign we were kept informed of progress, developments, offers and feed back from those who inspected our property. Matthew is very professional in his approach and has an excellent support team. This is the second occasion we have used Matthew' services and we were again not disappointed by the result. All went smoothly under his expert direction. The result achieved was to our great satisfaction and in a very short time frame. Given the state of teh market, the sale price negotiated was excellent and well above those obtained by other vendors in teh area.
