Matthew Kidd, the Only Choice for a Successful Sale
My wife and I have dealt with Matthew when both buying and selling the same home. His integrity in selling stood out and revealed Matthew to be the only choice when selling recently. Working with excellent staff, Matthew managed to find a buyer within ten days at exactly the price we'd anticipated. Matthew conducted himself in a highly professional manner at all times, demonstrating great communication skills to all parties. Excellent experience
He was always very professional. We could tell how genuine he was throughout the whole process. He gave us his advice with benefits and disadvantages, being honest and clear (also asking us to always check with our solicitor, which I think it is a great attitude). From a buyers point of view, very trustful and that was one of the reasons that made us close the deal.

Honest , helpful and organised
Matthew and his team at Ray White Bensville went above and beyond my expectations of Real Estate agents. He was easy to deal with, he kept us in the loop with regular up dates. He was open and honest and I always felt he had our best interests at heart. Matthew spent time with us getting to know what we wanted both from the sale and from an agent. He worked for us in the way we needed him to. I felt totally confident in both Matthew and his team who were also fantastic. Very helpful and professional.
We met Matt and Tiffany over 8 months ago when we first started looking for our big move from Sydney to the coast with our family. Since then we have dealt with so many agents on the central coast and matt and Tiffany definitely stood out. They were very professional and helpful. They let us know when properties were about to hit the market and were very accommodating letting us see properties mid week due to kids and work schedules. As it turns out the house we ended up buying was through them and we are super happy!
