Late to the open house, Ian was done and ready to move on to his next open house but we pulled up like we already lived there 🤦🏽‍♀️ and being the kind man that Ian is he allowed us to go through the property! We instantly fell in love! We had a house yet to put on the market and a holiday booked that week! But with Ian’s patience and beyond AMAZING communication between both ourself and the vendors we some how pulled this off and we cant thank Ian enough for helping to make this happen.. Ian’s communication throughout the whole process that was a drawn out process on our part is something to be commended. Thank you again Ian - we got our real dream house!!!
