Helpful and understanding
Professional, helpful and understanding as the property Was owned by my late father that passed away on June 24th this year due to stage 5 terminal cancer and as the Executor of my Dads will, I'am happy with the offer that sold my Dads property, even though the money from it after expenses are taken out is split 5 ways between me and my siblings, you were the one that helped my Dad and Mum sell there other place at Berkeley Vale before they moved into Berkeley Vale retirement village, thank you so much for what you have done in the past with helping my Parents with selling there property back then and now, thank you

House sale Berkeley Vale
Ian was, from the start- approachable & engaged. I guess you could say my property was not in the best nick given it was built in 1974 ( always going to be a tough sell) but the land space was always going to be the point. From my perspective it was always going to a couple that were ready to take it on & live there or develop & capitalise. Ian found the best buyers. A pair of renovators & I was really happy with the result - not the bottom or the the top but well above the middle price I had in mind. He does a great job of getting peeps on both sides through the process. Can’t recommend him highly enough

As a buyer…:
As a first home buyer we were unsure of the process in purchasing a property. Ian was extremely pleasant and very informative throughout the entire process of buying a property. The knowledge he has of the area and also, the potential that houses have for future renovations was beyond beneficial. I would happily recommend Ian for selling or buying a property
