George is an excellent communicator, from the initial meeting of explaining the current Sales Market with various sales results of comparable homes to the marketing plan and process of selling. During the sales time George contacted me both personally as well as via email with feedback and current offers. I always felt informed. His knowledge of the market was very assuring to a first time seller who was nervous of the outcome. On the day of Auction the place was packed with people and the number of bidders delivered and excellent result. I have already recommended George to a couple of friends who will be selling this year! I am a very happy customer!

Overall we found George and his Ray White team to be a very good agents. George's market knowledge in terms of property price range was spot on for the area. He was readily available to meet and discuss opportunities as presented, although at times hard to contact on the phone. He presented well, was prompt in his responses and stuck to commitments made. He was providing weekly reports, keeping us informed of all open inspections and generally supportive during this somewhat emotional time within the marketing period.
