It is not always the case that every buyer will see your property as the glittering prize they are after, and often it takes the real estate acumen and insight of someone like Gene Fairbanks to bring differing and disparate points of view together. It was a time of general disappointment for some vendors who failed to acquire the price they'd set their sights on, but we were very happy with the price we got and very grateful to Gene and his team for their indefatigable efforts to meet our requirements.
