Professional manner with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Alex was great to work with from day 1. He understood what we wanted and worked toward delivering a fantastic outcome. He wasn’t pushy yet was responsive at all times. He was calm and approachable so we had no problems asking him questions or his advice. He made the process easy to follow and was open to suggestions. His experience both as an agent and auctioneer was invaluable. We achieved the outcome without being fixed to an auction which was reassuring.
