Shahbaj is kind, knowledgeable and professional. He listens to the seller's need and advise accordingly. Selling our house was not an easy task and he faced many challenges with this particular buyer who eventually made an offer after about 4 to 5 viewings, each view was more than 1 and a half hours. Often asking ridiculous questions and requests. I admire his patience and calmness. My neighbours were impressed by his professionalism posed and presentation. This is the 4th property I've sold... but the 1st that was easy... I wish Shahbaj and his team had handled my previous sales. Shahbaj took the time to understand my personal situation at the very start and suggested a strategy to suit... I didn't even have to ask. From the initial meeting through to settlement, I was kept informed.. just the right amount of contact... not overloaded, and the settlement agent he referred was excellent. From offer to settlement was 14 days! I would also like to give Adele a special mention for her assistance with documents etc. as my laptop was in a box somewhere and I was unable to send or receive via email.~ I cannot recommend Shahbaj and his team highly enough. They were focused on my needs, got my asking price, and made what I was expecting to be a difficult and complicated process, easy and straightforward instead.
