We can't praise Shahbaj enough. My partner and I started looking for an agent during Xmas and New Years time to sell our house in Perth as it was the only time we had to get it sorted. While every agent was on holidays and unable to provide quotes and answers to our question this guy was on holidays and answered every text and email while he was overseas!! Property was listed and home open organised at start of the New Years and not long after offers were presented to us. In less than 2 weeks!!
