Not a good experience

I engaged a Ray White agent to sell my property and was disappointed with the overall service. Communication was poor—calls were often ignored or not returned, and updates were delayed. Two days before settlement, I was informed of repair costs with no time to seek alternative quotes or assess the necessity. I had to proceed under pressure, despite concerns about inflated pricing. The lack of transparency and responsiveness made the process unnecessarily stressful. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Ray White for property matters.
