To say that Olivia and her team when over and above is an understatement, I was not able to visit the property and Olivia and her team visited throughout the build, took pictures and accompanied the inspectors right up to completion. Amazing market analysis on the area, set a rental price then arranged cleaners and wheely bins etc, held and open home on Wed, tenanted on Friday within a week of settlement.
