Thank you to Maria and her team for supporting my family to transition out of our previous property with ease. Once the landlord had decided to sell, Maria and her team went above and beyond to support us in finding a new property (which in the current market is not easy) and made the transition out of our existing property seamless. During our time living in the property Maria was prompt in answering all questions, responding to maintenance requests and was respectful during inspections.

My experience with the Ray White - Brookwater Property Management Team has been fabulous. Kimerley Butterworth is a joy to work with as a tenant. She is easy to communicate with and is very responsive to any requests. When I have had concerns, Kimberley explains the reasons and processes when requried. I truly appeaciate a property manager that I can communciate with as if she were a friend. If you are looking to rent a property I would highly recommend Kimberley and if you are an owner that is looking for a team that will look after your tenant, I don't believe that you can go past the property management team at Ray White.

I am so fortunate to have Stephanie Hufton as my property manager - from my very first phone call, Steph has been professional, friendly, diligent, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. Steph's knowledge of the property is outstanding, requests are actioned promptly and even goes as far as to touch base whether a contractor has made contact with me. Steph's efficiency and communication are excellent and her service to myself as a tennant has been second to none. Stephanie is a property manager that tennants would be comfortable dealing with and a propert manager that would give any owner peace of mind in knowing their property is looked after to a high standard. I would also like to mention Belinda and her excellent service, phone manner is polite and friendly and when you walk in her smile is welcoming making it a warm feel at the office. It has been a long time since applying for a rental, however Belinda was fantastic in her communication about documents i still required and patient in explaining the emails post approval and what I needed to do. Both Steph and Belinda have treated me with genuine kindness, support and care. I have no hesitation in recommending Ray White Brookwater and Greater Springfield to any tennant wishing to rent with them or any owner wanting to rent their property with.
