We purchased our home through Chevonne late 2021. She was professional and facilitated video inspections when we were unable to attend in person. She was friendly and approachable and not a 'pushy' agent. She made the process of purchasing a house remotely as easy as it could be. Rob was so helpful with recommendations for different services we required to prepare my mum's property for sale. Even going as far as offering to help us sell things and be available for pick ups. We had purchased the property from Rob and so returned to him to sell it. He and Sally guided us the whole way, never pushing but happy to wait until we were ready. They were generous with their time and recommendations. They presented different options that worked within our budget and never pushed. We highly recommend Chevonne, not only a very kind professional but was able to iron out any misunderstandings. Selling an investment property can be tough if the tenants are not cooperating because of the stress of limiting housing availability and rising rent. Chevonne had these issues and handled herself and the sale extremely well. Chevonne also understands and has sold many homes in her local area, which is why I chose her. When we got discouraged with the sale that fell through, she knew how to start over. And we got a contract within a week, that has now gone unconditional.
