The moment i spoke to Kelly about selling my land i had confidence in her. Kelly kept me updated and my land was sold in a matter of weeks because of her knowledge in the industry. Kelly is good at her job and i definitely recommend her.

Kelly is by far the best local agent. Her sales figures will show that. After 3 months of no buyers I engaged Kelly. She explained that the previous property video missed many important features of our property. New Kelly organised video up and the property sold for our asking price in 2 days at what I believe is a market high for 5 acres in Delan.

My partner and I had been chasing the market for months and it wasn't until we found our perfect property that Kelly went above and beyond to help us with. We had a bad experience with another agent prior who was extremely rude and lacked any customer service or care. Thankfully Kelly was the complete opposite and was available anytime to answer our questions and help us get the deal done. Highly recommend Kelly!

Kelly's knowledge of the area is second to none, she goes above and beyond for sellers & buyers. We had a very easy sale, hassle free and her communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. Would definitely recommend Kelly to anyone.

Kelly was the only agent who responded to my initial inquiries, I was asked to manage my mothers estate by my siblings and I agreed, the only easy part of the entire process was the dealing I had with Kelly, knowledgeable, helpful and very understanding. I would recommend Kelly to anyone looking to buy or sell as she went above and beyond to make the sale as seem less as possible

Kelly went above & beyond to help us locate & purchase the type of property we were looking for. Kelly's communication skills & knowledge are outstanding, making sure that all necessary paperwork with full details was produced at every inspection. Therefore we would highly recommend Kelly's very cheerful & helpful attitude to anyone seeking to buy or sell their property. Well done Kelly & thank you.

Words can't describe how absolutely incredible Kelly was through our whole experience of first looking at multiple homes before finding our dream property and home. Throughout the looking process and buying process Kelly was nothing but professional, eager to help and would always be contactable whenever we needed questions answered or advice. If my husband and I could rate a higher than 5 star rating we would! We only have the best words for Kelly and will forever be recommending Kelly to anyone and everyone. Thank you Kelly for helping us find the property of our dreams!
