100% Professional and honest service
Kelly has made our rural purchase a pleasant experience. Kelly’s honesty in what the property was like before we made the 4.5 hour journey to view it was SPOT ON! Her overall service was fantastic. She was able to recommend other professional services that we required for a quick settlement. Due to our location, we never met in person during the sale process, however, as soon as we arrived on the property the day after settlement she called in to meet us in person. Terrific experience!
We have nothing but praise for the way Grant conducted himself and supported us with both our sale and purchase. He is a nice guy who lives locally in Bargara. His love for his job shines through in every aspect of what he does. Grant’s local knowledge is second to none and there is nothing that is too much trouble for him. He is flexible, prompt, knowledgeable and has a ‘can do’ attitude. Purchasing and selling houses is stressful stuff but Grants calm manner made it so easy. It certainly made our lives much easier. An Excellent Property Purchase Experience with Kelly
With no restriction on where I was looking to purchase along with having been actively attending property inspections around central and southern Queensland for over 12 months, Kelly immediately stood out among other agents because of her professionalism, willingness to help and more importantly her knowledge of the district and of the properties in her portfolio of sales. I appreciated her dedication in answering my email and phone enquiries, often outside of business hours. Kelly took a very factual approach to the negotiations and accommodated my due diligence process. Kelly is very organised and anticipated the common concerns when purchasing rural property, having such information as vegetation management maps, what utilities are available and title information on hand at the very first inspection.
